Oct 22 This Will Be Epic AF! The Final Trailer For The Rise Of Skywalker Has Arrived

Hello nerds!

Sadly, the Skywalker saga is coming to an end, but that doesn’t mean the final chapter won’t be fun. The final trailer for Star Wars:The Rise of Skywalker has a plethora of new footage, and from the looks of the it, we should be in for one hell of an exciting film. Obviously.

In the trailer, we see Rey being the badass Jedi we hoped for, new shots of Finn, Poe Dameron, General Leia Organa, Kylo Ren, the returning Lando Calrissian flying the Millenium Falcon with Chewbacca, and while we don’t see Luke Skywalker, we do hear his voice. Plus, there’s a blink and you’d miss it shot of whom we assume is Darth Sidious aka Emperor Palpatine in his throne. And surprisingly, there’s a tease of the death of one of the original Rebels. Tissues at the ready, because this one’s going to get emotional.

Between the closing chapter to the Skywalker saga, and series for Obi-Wan Kenobi, Rogue One’s Cassian Andor and K-2SO, and The Mandalorian, it’s a stellar time to be a Star Wars fan.

Star Wars Episode IX:The Rise of Skywalker blasts its way into theaters on December 20, 2019.
