Wow! The Teaser For Marvel's Eternals Is Beautiful

Hello nerds!

Well, here's a nice surprise to kick off your Monday! Marvel Studios has finally shared the first teaser for Eternals. Sadly, not much is revealed about the plot, but the teaser does offer a glimpse about the impact the newest/oldest superhero team has had and will have on the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

From award-winning director Chloé Zhao, Marvel’s Eternals is about a group of immortal and super-powered aliens whom have been living on Earth in secret for thousands of years. And, even though they’ve helped to guide humans along the way, by and large they’ve managed to not get involved in any of the actual Earth-shattering events which have transpired on our little planet. That is until an unforeseen tragedy forces them to reunite to save us all from an ancient enemy known as The Deviants, who somehow are a bigger threat than the other alien invasion of Earth, a nearly indestructible evil-genius robot, and a purple alien overlord who obliterated half of existence.

As for the teaser itself, this movie looks absolutely beautiful and in continuing with Phase 4’s trend of changing how we view the MCU, Eternals has a very different feel than some of its predecessors. And given the stellar cast and crew involved, there may be something to the talk about this movie receiving serious consideration to win some awards.

Speaking of the cast, this one is pretty great. Eternals stars Richard Madden as Ikaris, Gemma Chan as Sersi, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, Salma Hayak as Ajak, Angelina Jolie as Thena, Lia McHugh Sprite, Don Lee as Gilgamesh, Barry Keoghan as Druig, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, and fresh from his watch on the wall Kit Harrington as Dane Whitman aka Black Knight.

Marvel’s Eternals smashes into theaters on November 5, 2021.
