Deck The Halls With Quips And Mutants. The Trailer For Once Upon a Deadpool Is Here

Deck The Halls With Quips And Mutants. The Trailer For Once Upon a Deadpool Is Here

Hello nerds!

When Deadpool & Friends went to Marvel we all feared the worst, and now it’s actually happening. Just not in a terrible way.

Deadpool 2 starring Ryan Reynolds, Josh Brolin, Zazie Beetz and Julian Dennison is getting re-released in theatres, but this time it’s PG-13, and it not only features brand-new footage not seen in the previous release, but due to the film’s limited release schedule, it’s also Christmas themed. Plus, if you see it in theaters you’ll be doing a good deed.

For every ticket sold, $1 will be donated to the charity F*ck Cancer. lf helping in the fight against Cancer isn’t enough incentive to go watch the film, I’ll refer you to the trailer below. Seeing Fred Savage and Deadpool going all “Princess Bride” makes me want to load everyone up in the family truckster and head out to the local cinema.

"It's like if The Beatles were produced by Nickelback... It's music, but it sucks." Bless you, Fred Savage. You are a fucking treasure!

Fans of Wade Wilson had better enjoy this movie, because it might be the last we see of ole Deadpool until well after the reality-shattering events of Avengers 4. There’s a small glimmer of hope that Reynolds’ Wade Wilson makes his MCU appearance in that one, but it’s likely he won’t show up until the rumored X-Force movie. Until then, fans of the handsome jokester can next catch Reynolds in the upcoming Detective Pikachu, as the titular and adorable character.

Once Upon a Deadpool is in theaters from December 12 through Christmas Eve, 2018.

On December 12, Deadpool 2 is back in theaters with zero F’s given

To kick off the holiday season audiences of almost all ages will soon be able to enjoy the Merc with the Mouth’s reimagining of Deadpool 2 filtered through the prism of childlike innocence.

”Fox has been asking for a PG-13 basically since the start in 2006,” Ryan Reynolds told Deadline. “I’ve said no since 2006. Now, this one time, I said ‘Yes’ on two conditions. First, a portion of the proceeds had to go to charity. Second, I wanted to kidnap Fred Savage. The second condition took some explaining...”

Fred Savage will join Reynolds in new scenes for ONCE UPON A DEADPOOL in an homage to Savage’s starring role in the 1987 bedtime-story classic THE PRINCESS BRIDE. Fred remarked, “while my participation in this film was anything but voluntary, I am happy to learn that Fudge Cancer will be the beneficiary of this shameless cash grab”

For every ticket sold, $1 will go to the charity Fudge Cancer - previously known as Fuck Cancer, who have graciously changed their name to be more PG-13 friendly for the 12 days of Once Upon A Deadpool’s release.
