The Trailer For Marvel's Eternals Is Mesmerizing!

Hello nerds!

The full-length trailer for Marvel’s Eternals has been released, and for lack of a better term, this movie could be epic.

From award-winning director Chloé Zhao, Marvel’s Eternals is about a group of immortal and super-powered aliens whom have been living on Earth in secret for thousands of years. And they’ve managed to not get involved in any of the Earth-shattering events that have transpired in the MCU. Until now.

Thanks to the events of Avengers: Endgame, our world has become the target of an ancient alien race known as The Deviants. And it’s up to the Eternals to finally step in and do some superheroics of their own.

As for the trailer itself, this movie looks like it could be one of Marvel’s most visually stunning projects to date. Along with spectacular shots of the Eternals showing of their powers, we get a better look at the film’s villains, The Deviants and their leader, Kro, as he is confronted by Angelina Jolie’s Thena.

All in all, Marvel’s Eternals already has a different feel than some of its predecessors, in terms of the story’s scale and impact on the entire MCU. It looks as though Phase 4’s trend of changing how we view the MCU will continue in this one. And I cannot wait to see it. Here’s hoping the movie sticks to its current release date, regardless of whether it’ll be seen in the theaters or the comfort of our homes.

Marvel’s Eternals starring Salma Hayak, Richard Madden, Gemma Chan, Brian Tyree Henry, Kumail Nanjiani, Angelina Jolie, Lia McHugh, Don Lee, Barry Keoghan, Lauren Ridloff, and Kit Harrington flies into theaters on November 5, 2021.

We sat down and watched some stuff. And then talked about it.

First up, the good, the bad, and the vexing of Marvel's Black Widow. Then, the mind-bending dopeness that are the final two episodes of Marvel's Loki and its impact on the Marvel multiverse. And a pair of familiar "faces" are rumored to appear in the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series.
