Not About To See Your Lights, Camera Or Action. Danzing Is Making A Vampire-Cowboy Movie

Not About To See Your Lights, Camera Or Action. Danzing Is Making A Vampire-Cowboy Movie

Hello nerds!

As I type the words, it’s hard to fathom that what is about be shared with you is real. Misfits frontman and Danny DeVito look-alike, Glenn Danzig, is expanding his horizons by getting into the movie business.

According to his official Facebook page, Danzig has recently “… put the finishing touches on the script for his next film which will be a vampire Spaghetti-Western…”. Again, this is for real.

Wow. Just, holy crap. I’ve got so many questions. Oh, so very many.

The least of which being, what other “films” has this guy written or directed? Have they been made? Has anyone seen them? I could research it, but I’m not sure I have the strength to wade those murky waters. Not to mention, the forthcoming album where Danzig is covering Elvis Presley songs. No way some of these tunes won’t be featured as part of the soundtrack for this movie. Right?

This whole post reads like a bad meme, given the ludicrousness of its content. But then, once upon a time reading about Rob Zombie making a movie seemed pretty frickin’ silly. Granted, that notion is still sometimes silly, albeit for different reasons, but I digress.

Like the saying goes, “If you can’t say anything nice, don’t talk about the Misfits’ singing homunculus.”.
